Avenue MediSpa
Avenue MediSpa was a new business that needed a website to inform customers about its range of services and allow clients to book their own treatment slots directly online.
Clients are now able to view available appointments and book their chosen treatment using a bespoke booking system, without the need to call the Spa. Consultants no longer need to return missed calls during the day and clients automatically receive reminder texts via SMS and email to reduce the number of no shows.
